Incoloy is a trademark of Special Metals for a family of nickel-iron-chromium alloys, such as Incoloy 800, 800H and 800HT. They resist oxidation and carburisation at high temperature and are used in furnaces, heat exchangers, petrochemical processing and other high-temperature equipment.
Ruby Infra Projects supplies Incoloy and other high-temperature alloy tubes alongside its seamless stainless steel tubes. Send your alloy, standard, size and quantity and the team will confirm availability, lead time and a quotation. Material test certificates from Government or NABL-accredited laboratories are provided on every batch.
These tubes are chosen where ordinary stainless steel would scale, oxidise or carburise.
High-temperature furnace tubing exposed to oxidising and carburising atmospheres.
Tubes that carry heat between process streams at elevated temperature.
Process equipment running at high temperature in demanding service.
Other high-temperature equipment. Send your duty conditions for a recommendation.
Some high-temperature duties can be met by stainless grades. The right material depends on temperature, atmosphere and duty.
| Material | What it offers | Where it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Incoloy 800 / 800H / 800HT | Nickel-iron-chromium alloys that resist oxidation and carburisation at high temperature | Furnaces, heat exchangers, petrochemical processing |
| 310 stainless steel | About 24-26% chromium and 19-22% nickel; strong resistance to oxidation and scaling at very high temperature | Hot gas-path components |
| 321 stainless steel | Titanium-stabilised; resists intergranular corrosion after exposure to roughly 425-850 C | High-temperature piping, exhaust and heat-exchanger service |
| 316 / 316L stainless steel | Molybdenum improves resistance to chlorides and pitting | Corrosive, chloride-rich environments rather than extreme heat |
Material guidance is general. Confirm the alloy with your process engineer or the equipment OEM.

Yes. Ruby Infra Projects supplies Incoloy and other high-temperature alloy tubes from its works at GIDC Umbergaon, Gujarat. Send the alloy, standard, size and quantity for availability, lead time and a quotation.
Grade 321 is titanium-stabilised austenitic stainless steel. The titanium ties up carbon so the steel resists intergranular corrosion after exposure to roughly 425-850 C, which is why it is used in high-temperature piping, exhaust and heat-exchanger service.
Grade 310 contains about 24-26% chromium and 19-22% nickel. This high alloy content gives strong resistance to oxidation and scaling at very high temperatures, well above what 304 can handle, so it is chosen for hot gas-path components.
